General Information
I specialize in relationships of all types (parental, sibling, romantic relationship, collegial, etc.). If you find yourself struggling with unhealthy relationship patterns, isolation, social withdrawal, or low self-esteem, you may benefit from participating in therapy. Quite often, symptoms of depression and anxiety can be traced to interpersonal conflict or difficulty connecting with others. I enjoy leading people through the process of self-discovery to assist them in making sense of their life experiences. This often leads people to gain a greater understanding of themselves and the ways in which they relate to others.
I have always been fascinated by the impact of critical life experiences and relationships on an individual’s view of themself and others. This sparked my interest in helping individuals with relationship issues, family of origin discord, self-esteem concerns, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My work focuses on assisting people in learning how to better connect with themself and others. For more information about my approach to treatment, click
