You’re already a leader in your field; we’re not here to teach you what you’ve already mastered or peddle the same tired “strategies” that you’ve heard before. This program is developed specifically from the experiences of Black tech executives for Black professionals and delivers a comprehensive set of individualized learnings and support for you to step into leadership and accelerate your career.
This small-sized cohort program is specifically designed for Black professionals who:
- Have 5-15 years of experience
- Are individual contributors, supervisors, entrepreneurs
- Are in digital and technology sector roles
You’ll receive live virtual instruction in leadership disciplines spanning from change management to brand and strategic networking from Black C-Suite professionals with experience at companies such as HBO, Cartoon Network, Lockheed Martin, NASA, US Department of State, AstraZeneca, Eli Lilly, Chubb Insurance Group, Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Citi, Morgan Stanley, and Booz Allen Hamilton.

- Develop individualized data-based insights from the Everything DiSC and Change Style Indicator personality and work style assessments
