Summer vacations at the beach originally brought Atiya to Florida’s Emerald Coast. She was raised along the Mississippi Gulf Coast and in 2011 she had the pleasure to return to northwest Florida as a young adult and Soldier stationed at Eglin Air Force Base with 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). Atiya graduated from American Military University with a Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies. Atiya is a caregiver to her mother, a U.S. Army veteran – like special operations, paratrooper, combat veteran, drill sergeant type of veteran, a real estate professional, and a community leader with local organizations. In 2014, Atiya launched her real estate career as an investor. The Emerald Coast quickly became home – she purchased her first home here; she purchased her first investment property here. Atiya now focuses on community programs, growth and development while helping families create wealth through real estate.
Atiya has helped buyers and sellers along the Emerald Coast with over 23 million dollars in sales volume since 2019 alone and has been recognized as a top real estate agent in the region. In 2023, she founded and became team leader of NOIRE. brokered by COMPASS – an innovative residential real estate firm.
