Just Companion Care was hired to care for my brother while he was under hospice care. they were only with him 5 days before he was admitted to the inpatient unit. He was there until his passing. I was immediately billed for their services and they received payment within a weeks time. The invoice that was submitted was not accepted by the long term care insurance because it was not itemized. I have called ,text and emailed the owner for over 2 weeks asking for an itemized statement. The owner will not submit it or reply to my request. There were a few questionable things during their stay with my brother. However, I am hours away so I can not be sure of the accuracy of his claims . I can say with certainty that this is not a professionally run company.
