The Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC) prides itself in producing Prophetic Problem Solvers who utilize their passions and gifts to improve humanity by addressing and strategically solving real problems within the teaching academy, the church, and society.
Nicolas Pettye (’21) is a graduating senior at ITC, pursuing dual Master’s Degrees in Divinity and Liturgical Arts and Culture. Pettye has launched the #MakeSomeoneSmileChallenge Hashtag Campaign as a part of his senior research project. 2020 has been a challenge for us all, and as a Prophetic Problem Solver, Pettye aims to use his social media campaign to help “make SMILES go viral,” bring joy to others, and celebrate our lives even in the midst of hardships. Pettye also released a single and a music video to popularize the challenge. Click here to watch the video and join the #MakeSomeoneSmileChallenge campaign.
