Extraordinary! by Design (EbD) is an instructional design and performance improvement consulting firm based in Pensacola, FL. We exist to provide analyses, instructional development, and job performance improvement services to schools, businesses, and not-for-profit organizations.
EbD founder, Willette Lamar, has completed advanced studies in instructional design and performance improvement and has over seven years experience developing instructional materials- how-to guides, job aids, instructional videos, online courses, and student and facilitator guides- across a variety of contexts, including higher education, corporate, and military. She has over a decade of experience in customer service, including soft skills training and consultative selling.
