Guess work , failure to communicate

Horrible communication almost giving misogynistic behavior. As a female this guy refused to listen to me even described the problems. He insisted his diagnosis to be the only answer and over $1000 later problem still not fixed leading back to my original request for repair in which he returned the part saying it wasn’t needed. Leaves your vehicle in unsecured location doing mechanic work outside of storage units leaving clients keys over tires instead of waiting for you to pick up your vehicle. Located in the same block as one of the most high crime low areas in Pensacola ! Highly do not recommend! Praying very hard about this guy!
