Digital Commissions:
If digital I won’t need any additional shipping fees. The digital portraits are high resolution 8.5 inches by 11 inches [Standard US Letter size] PDF files. The digital print can be printed on your chosen paper type and at your own leisure; … either at home or at a photo printing place like (ex. Walgreens, Office Max, The UPS Store, FedEx, …Etc etc..not sponsored.) .

Traditional Commissions:
The traditional portrait would be hand painted on a (5 inches X 7 inches) high quality and archival watercolor paper.
Commissions are for scheduled pick up locally OR mailed (with additional shipping fees included).
If needed, ask about larger size commissions. Larger traditional commissions are available based on the artist (MalloryLuana)’s supply of large watercolor paper. If large commission is wanted; additional cost and time for materials, labor, and transportation fees to get materials will be added to total cost.
Transportation, labor, and shipping costs will be included, it’ll be $X amount based on the commission piece.
Mallory will keep clients updated on the process of the painting/commission via:
- pictures or direct messages sent on preferred social social media platforms that either MalloryLuana or the client prefers OR Email communication
- Mobile text communication will ONLY be for clients with NO social media communication access.
- In this case, MalloryLuana’s mobile phone number will REMAIN confidential solely between Mallory and client(s), always.
MalloryLuana does not start on any art piece(s), until payment is received.
