The impact of conscious unconscious, systematic, institutional bias on wealth accumulation
Research shows that there are significant financial hurdles that Black Americans face. And these are due to the unconscious, systematic, institutional bias against them. These head winds make wealth accumulation extremely difficult. They have been rigorously documented by numerous researchers from the country’s leading institutions. Also they can be particularly difficult on the members of the Black Middle Class.
